Yes. All documents are structured using the ACAS Code of Practice, your employer’s policies and procedures, and relevant employment legislation.

ACAS Early Conciliation is a required step before making an Employment Tribunal claim. It gives both parties a chance to resolve the dispute without going to court.

Yes — most claims must be started within 3 months minus 1 day from the date of the issue, such as dismissal or the incident itself. Missing this deadline can affect your ability to bring a claim.

Yes. We provide guided support and structure to help you complete your ET1 form correctly. You remain responsible for submitting it.
