Please read the following terms, policies, referral disclosure, and partnership summary carefully before using Nubira services.
Nubira Ltd provides employment self-advocacy coaching, administrative support, and document drafting assistance only. Nubira does not provide legal advice or representation. Clients remain responsible for all decisions, submissions, and communications.
Services are delivered on a fixed-fee basis. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. All documents must be reviewed and approved by the client prior to submission.
All fees are strictly non-refundable once any service has commenced, including but not limited to:
By engaging Nubira services, the client expressly waives any right to refund once work begins.
Nubira may refer clients to an independent law firm regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
If a client chooses to proceed, Nubira will receive a fixed referral fee of £1,500 from the law firm. This fee is not deducted from client compensation.
Clients are under no obligation to accept referral and may choose any legal provider.
Upon referral, all legal services are provided solely by the law firm under a Damages-Based Agreement (DBA).
Nubira has no involvement in legal advice, negotiation, or representation following referral.
All legal obligations fall under the solicitor-client agreement.
This agreement is between Nubira Ltd and the Partner Law Firm.
Nubira complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
